Pathfinder Wilderlands

Refer to the Pathdinder Core Rules - http://www.d20pfsrd.com/

Character Creation
Attributes: Assign one of the following number arrays as desired among the six attributes:
10 10 12 14 15 16
8 10 13 14 15 16
10 12 13 14 14 15
12 12 13 13 14 15
PCs start at second level, with maximum hit points for that level. At each subsequent level PCs gain at least half maximum hp, eg a d10 roll gives at least +5 hp if the die roll is lower.

Sources
PCs may use material from the Core Rulebook, Advanced Player's Guide, and Player's Guide to the Wilderlands. Human races in the Wilderlands Player's Guide receive an extra +2 to any one attribute that does not already have a bonus.

Advancement
PCs start at 2nd level, but with standard 1st level starting wealth. PCs use the Slow Track for advancement.

Spells Known
Wizards, Clerics, Druids etc are limited to 10 spells known of each level they can cast. Arcanists acquire spells normally, up to the 10-spell limit. Clerics & Druids choose 10 spells when they first gain the ability to cast spells of that level. Default to Beginner Box lists. PCs may swap out one known spell each time they level up.

Magic Items
The creation of magic items requires rare and special components that in most cases are not commonly available. Magic items are rarely for sale, and cannot routinely be purchased, but may be sold as normal. Some permanent magic items such as weapons, armour and some other protective devices last a long time, and may be relatively common, occasionally being available for sale.

NPC Demographics
Most NPCS are 1st-5th level. Characters of 6th-10th level are exceptional figures. Characters above 10th level are exceptionally rare, often legendary figures. While the maximum level is 20th, there are only a handful of such characters worldwide, such as the Invincible Overlord of the City State, and the God-Emperor of Viridistan.
