Lady Chelarre Foxwood: an unmarried wealthy Alryan/Nerathi heiress with a manor near Bisgen. She was returning from visiting her younger sister Lady Alice, married to another local Alryan aristocrat, Lord Dawes Treygarson, whose manor lies near Renth, when her carriage was attacked by bandits, rescued by the PCs.
